POESIA JUAN RAMÓN JIMÉNEZ.

(Poema)

Nació una noche muy fría

En Moguer, pueblo de cal,

Lleno de luz y alegría

Con el aire oliendo a sal.

Jugaba con poca gana.

Aislado y meditabundo

por las puertas y ventanas

se asomaba a ver el mundo.

``Mi príncipe´´, lo llamaba con voz melosa

y a Juanito le volaba

por dentro una mariposa.

Enfermizo y delicado,

JUAN RAMON con su maleta

Se marchó a ser abogado,

Y se convirtió en poeta.

El poeta JUAN RAMON,

El mago de las palabras

que te llega al corazón

con un solo abracadabra.

Era ya escritor notorio,

Pero de frágil salud:

de médico en sanatorio

se paso la juventud.

Se paseaba a menudo

A lomos de su platero,

que era un burro muy peludo,

por un estrecho sendero.

Se enamoró de Zenobia,

la persiguió noche y día,

logro que fuese su novia,

su equilibrio y su alegría.

Dieron refugio y hogar

A huérfanos de la guerra

Y tuvieron que emigrar

a otro lado de la tierra.

Recibió un premio excelente,

el de grandes escritores,

por regalar a la gente

sus palabras de colores.

El escritor andaluz,

Hasta el fin de su andadura,

Repartió versos de luz,

Y puñados de hermosura.

               Into the Darkness

Kirsty Tate bit into a warm, sticky marshmallow and smiled. Bliss! It had been another fantastic day at the adventure camp where she and her best friend, Rachel Walker, were staying for a week. The sun was going down and everyone was sitting around a fire, singing  songs and toasting marshmallows.

“I’m having such a brilliant holiday,” Kirsty said happily to Rachel.

“Me too,” Rachel agreed. Then she lowered her voice. “Especially with our new fairy friends!”

Kirsty smiled at her words. She and Rachel shared an amazing secret. They had met lots of fairies and had all sorts of exciting adventures with them!

This week, they were helping the Magical Animal Fairies find their lost animals, after Jack Frost had stolen them. The girls had already helped the fairies find a young dragon, a magic black cat, a firebird and a seahorse…but there were still three animals left to track down and return to Fairiland.

“Listend up, guys!” said a voice just then. Kirsty and Rachel turned to see Trudi, one of the camp counsellors, standing on a tree stump. “There’s such a wonderful full moon tonight, we’re going to set off on a night hike. I’ve got something very special to show you all. Could you get intopairs, please?”
